According to the latest information, at least 10 LTTE terrorists including 2 divisional leaders have been killed by SL security forces today while retaliating the LTTE attack that carried out on Forward Defence Line which was captured by SL security forces on 23rd April 2008 at Muhamale. It was also reported that 52 LTTE cadres were wounded in this attack.
Military spokesman Brigadier Udaya Nanayakkara said during the retaliating attack 5 SL security personnel were died, one soldier reported missing and 14 others were injured. Three of them who were in critical condition airlifted to Colombo and admitted to Colombo National Hospital, Brigadier further said.
